For weeks I've been trying to file a dispute on-line with Experian regarding a false collection on my bureau.There website continuously prompts me for information to charge me for a bureau score.

I have my score from a free service I don't need a score I want to dispute incorrect info o my bureau. I did the on-line dispute with Transunion and Equifax and it took 3 minutes and the bureau was corrected in 2 weeks. I've called their customer service number and the recording tells you to use their web site or write them.

How can anyone utilize this service as trustworthy and credible to deal with something as important as consumers credit activity.Experian needs to be shut down by the Federal Trade Commission .....they are a joke

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: communicate with me to resolve error on my credit bureau.

I didn't like: No way for customer to communicate information web or phone.
