Cannot fix problem online
Unable to speak to a representative after multiple attempts to log in failing. I tried multiple times and kept getting error messages saying they couldnt verify my identity.
Credit scores
2 of my scores do not show up on Experian. They told me I did not have enough credit to generate one.
This is a lie. I took out a large loan against my car and got it.
I had to have all 3 scores. They are investigating my account.

My credit score is listed as 628, but when I had it pulled, it showed up as 560, which is incorrect. I am calling to have this corrected because it's currently causing me significant difficulties.
I'm trying to figure out who I should speak to, or where to go, to fix this incorrect situation. The call centre is not providing me with the help or direction I need, so if you could rectify this for me, I would greatly appreciate it.

Preferred solution: My credit score shows 628 but when they get pull shows 560 I am trying to get it fixed.

I never signed up for even a trial offer with Experian. I use Credit Karma for free.
Experian began dipping into my checking account every month and taking 14.99. Somebody needs to stop these people.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I ended up calling the home office .
I have received five emails and a letter with places to report my SS# being hacked. I have been trying for over two months to reset my account information.
When I try to sign in, it tells me my information doesn't match. Three agents couldn't fix it. When I try to sign in, it wants to upgrade, which I don't want.

I have been trying to cancel my membership for months and the site is not allowing me to. I would like to cancel my membership as soon as possible. I am not interested in continuing it.

- You can not cancel easily and customer service is automatic

A credit agencies are a rip off
I lost my phone got stolen. I got a new phone got a new number trying to unfreeze my credit, but I cant because I need to speak to somebody but they keep sending codes to my old number in order to be able to speak to me.
oh thats a *** of a glitch And then they want me to pay for them to have my info secure. Isnt there supposed to be secure already and its the same thing as the phone companies you buy a phone you pay for the plus package but then you gotta pay for Wi-Fi at home also which ismakes no sense. Why do you need to pay for Wi-Fi at home?
Also, if you have just as quick Wi-Fi it doesnt make any sense. Do you like everybody so brainwashed they pay for the same thing twice almost everything and they wonder why the economy so screwed up

My account is going to be canceled because I cannot update the payment method. I tried with the automated system and it cut me off at the expiration of my credit card. I tried to get a representative but it said they were not allowed to do so and that is when the call would end on me.
- Just need someone to help other than a computer

Account opened on credit karma in someone else’s email
Nothing has been accomplished they still have the account in Margaret George name with a email address thats not affiliated with Margaret George they have still have control over her credit and have her credit frozen
User's recommendation: Stay on top of your account people will open it in your name and miss your credit up

I cant get through to anyone, and I cant unfreeze my credit or access my account no matter how many hours I spend on it

I am really upset. I have spent 10 to 12 hours on this and nothing is resolved.
I am trying to purchase a vehicle and I have the other two credit companies lifted my freeze, but I cant get anything done at Experian. Even when I put in my email address or phone number and they were gonna send me a code it never comes.
Not able to look at my results from the dispute
Need to speak to a live representative and still was not able because I needed help to see the results.

Verified Reviewer |Can't Get Into Account, Can't Get a Human on the Phone
I changed my phone number. Because Experian has two factor identification only through phone text, I can't get into my account.
I've tried calling every phone number on the web to call Experian and can't get a human being. So, now I have no way of getting into my account, and I have no way of canceling my account except to close the credit card that the monthly fee is drawn off of.

Bank account disconnected with Boost who advised reconnect its simple NO NO IT IS NOT! In fact its fng irritating to a level of frustratingly give up mentality!!
After too many attempts at following prompts & error codes I finally reached out to my financial institution to see if it was on my end It was not In the mix of those actions are attempts at calling them to speak with a REAL person instead of a chatbot HOWEVER at this time every number I have found gets me the same can you give me an idea of why you are calling joke of an inquiry because if its not one of their predetermined reasons the door will get shut on you real quick and in a hurry This all began approximately 3 weeks ago & the issue is still a thorn in my side!! Idk what to do I decided to try Boost to help build credit score and it has but now without ongoing proof through a payment source how will they know I still pay on time? Is it going to take away what I have gained?
Why cant I just speak with someone who has a heart beat and lungs to breath and a voice box or their very own!!! Any ideas?
Nonexistent support
Support number hard to find and useless. Non-compliant with various laws. Criminal company, customer support director and privacy officer should be fired.

you poor thing! I have been trying now for a month.
I hate this company and I would go to someone else if I could. I had to freeze my account never dreaming it would be so f n hard. I spoke with one girl who finally helped me unfreeze my credit so I can put my power bill in my name but low and behold she only fixed the freeze not the credit alerts so now I have to write them and give them a copy of my drivers license and some other crap I'm so pissed right now.
Does anyone know how to get a hold of someone that is above these rude people? Im going to write a letter to a senator someone who can change the rules in this place/
