Drastic FICO score drop and then like type increase.

On 5/16/24 Experian lowered my FICO score by 22 points and then reaised the score by 22 points on 5/23/24. Transunion and Equifax did not change my credit score and there were no credit events, new accounts or inquiries that could cause a 22 point FICO score reduction. Experian customer service (real person) was unable or unwilling to explain why this happened. IT issue or error would be my guess. But, Experian won't admit that and tried to say it was caused by merchant reporting. Ya, right! They made an error and will not take responsibility.

When I try to pull ANY of my information, I receive an error message that states "Unfortunately, we have not been able to properly identify you from the information you provided. Please note that your order has been canceled."

The message advises me to call the support line for assistance.

I have tried calling over twenty-five (25) times, using different phone numbers and trying different menu robot options, and not ONCE have I been able to find an option to help me or speak with a person.

PLEASE HELP ME.

I NEED TO SEE MY INFORMATION IMMEDIATELY to know which official name is on the account (either my old last name or my new married last name). The robot menu is the least helpful service I have ever had the misfortune to use.

Their site has been down or malfunctioned for 3 years now, with NO chat support or other means to contact them except a BROKEN automated system which should be ILLEGAL. Result... multiple pending lawsuits against them for FRAUD and unresponsiveness over the same unacceptable matter. They messed up my credit report alongside so many others, taking zero responsibility in correcting/updating disputes blaming me the consumer to reach out to creditors etc. Hope they get shut down.

My WiFi company allowed my info to be insecurely put out on the dark web. But they were so nice to give me a years worth of credit monitoring with Experian. Talk about worthless!!! Its almost as if it was a scam. Legally, they have to offer something, but who cares if that something is legit!! Right?? Cause Experian doesnt answer any number I have, Im on hold for over 25 min at a time, then a number that doesnt put me on hold has an automated person, who refuses to let me speak to a live person. I cant do what I need to do online. They just flat out suck!!! Transunion is way better!!

It is the worst customer service I have ever had, they are disgusting, it is a credit bureau that has to do with your credit whatever they want and they never answer their phone number, they limit themselves to giving two options that do not correspond to the situation that I need to fix, because of the three bureaus they are the only one that apparently commits fraud, the other two respond immediately and the credit score is much better than what Experian says. Their customer service system is really garbage, I would give them zero stars if I could, I hope someone sues them and wins the lawsuit.

This company is a fraud even though they might claim that are "protecting the consumer f Tricked me into a paid credit freeze (fine print must have been on page 8,436 of agreement) then refused to refund it because "it's a subscription." They have been sued before for fraudulent practices and probably will be again.

I have been locked out of my experian account since the day after opening it. Robots on the phone will not give me a agent and do not ask the right questions. I have tried and tried for days to get help without success. Am at my whits end with this company ! Have looked on computer for a number to get help and called them all without any luck, period. Guess I will try the better business bureau next. These people can't spell customer service !!!

Applying Bogus Collection on credit report

I asked third party collector for validation letter bc I have not received anything from first notice. After four months of fighting through not only progressive ins.

But Experian as well I called experian for what proof they have to keep this third party on my credit. Me knowing that it is a bogus claim and I do not own any of the vehicles on the claim. Experian tells me that they keep getting an internal approval to keep on my credit even though they have not been shown proof. No proof to Experian is needed by both third parties and of course Consumers.

It is a racket! I didnt have any trouble with all three bureaus until I started Disputing

Can't register

I am trying to register on the app and it won't allow me to do so. I called every number listed for customer service and the same recording of this unhelpful woman came on, and there is absolutely no way to get a real person on the phone for assistance. That place is a complete joke. The automated woman keeps repeating, 'I can't transfer you to an agent,' 'I am sorry, can you repeat that,' and 'I can help you with that.' However, she can't! That place is utterly worthless and needs a new system.

I don't care WHAT number you call, the result is the same...all AI robotics and NO personal contact to resolve an issue. I just needed to know, due to excessive data breaches that are ongoing and all sending you 'activation codes', how do I enter a new code from a new breach? Do I even NEED to add said code? Try getting THAT answer from a bot!

Awful experiences

I placed a freeze on my credit to block the bad guys, however, this company makes it so hard to reach anyone that it blocks legitimate uses as well. This is supposed to be free but there appears to be one agent for the free customers so you spend hours on hold just to get hung up on. The website is not functional, reporting customer portal is down contact customer service for days. I think this is just a big scam to turn you into a paying customer, where in addition to the indignity of coughing up money, you get horrible service as well.

They keep trying to make me dispute the same thing over and over when there is an error in there system I have two contracts with 1 account number just like they did with other previous accounts after a dispute you cannot remove the amount of 37,000 remove it then put another amount for 27,000 without my consent this is identity theft this is like the third account that has 1 account number with two contracts then they swear that there's only one account but I have a picture of it how do you like when I have proof
