I need to Do dispute something off my credit because the business is not responding

I have tried to contact Enterprise to make a payment so I can rent cars from them and I'm not getting any answers from them so please take them off my credit it's not fare.. I shouldn't have too keep something on my credit just cause THEY CANT RESPOND NO KOOL I WANT THAT ISH OFF MT CREDIT RIGHT NOW!!!

Feedback about my phone calls.

Somehow the phone calls have stopped on my landline. I don't know how you did it I will be in touch if it happens again but for now the phone calls have ceased.

I want to thank you very much for my concern. I don't appreciate being put on a pissed customer account, it's your employees invading my privacy it's your employees calling me yelling at me because I don't want your services. I did go all the way to talking to representative on your service until I found out you can't use the credit cards plus you're going to charge x amount of money for interest anyway.

I just was not interested in your services. Somebody needs to get hold of your marketing department and read the United States laws to those people that are sitting behind your customer service counter.

Their customer service number only allows you to order reports. There's no ability to speak with a human. Violates FCRA and consumer protection. Reporting to DOJ. THIS COMPANY CAUSES IRREPARABLE HARM.

Pissed Consumer

I was trying to email Experian based on an issue I've been having. I filled out the form and sent it, only to find out that it opened an account with pissed consumer. This is outrageous. They opened this under disguise of contacting Experian.

I have had several email communications with Boom Rent Pay.Experien customer service representatives no nothing about Experien Rent Bureau.That is not satisfactory and they are not helpful in referring you as a paying customer to someone who can assist.

I am trying to boost my credit score.
I paid a company Boom pay rent reporting to report 24 months of on-time rent payments. They did so back in February.
I have called Experien and only one representative accurately told me that the on-time payments should have been reported to the "rent bureau." He should have told me that Experien has a "Rent Bureau."
I just found out about the "Rent Bureau" on-line yesterday.
I have contacted Boop Pay by mail, and will get on the app and chat with a representative today regarding my on-time payments not being reported properly.
My on-time rent reporting for 24 months have been reported on my credit report as if it is an "open account" that is current.
When I have called Experien, a Supervisor and two other representatives said nothing to me about Experien Rent Bureau.
Please read this carefully so as to understand what my issue is.
Thanks for any assistance that can be rendered.
I am a very frustrated customer of Experien and Boom Rent Pay right now.
It is the Customer service that I am rating so low. No one listens, and no one knows the answer to what should be a simple problem.

Someone else is using my account. I cant sign in, change the password and according to Experian who looked up my user Id and gave me a link to change the password it is not regonized. Took money out of my account without my permission and i need a refund

I was told I was issued a refund on August 3 and I still haven't received it .. everytime I call they tell me if I haven't received it after 10 business days to contact my banking institution.. in so frustrated

Frequent disconnects

Experian keeps disconnecting my bank accounts on my file causing my scratch score to fall. I already check with my banks and it is not them, it is Experian and nobody can be reached by phone at Experian. Today I received notification from Experian that they can't find my creditors payment on my bills now because that also got disconnected and it's not my Internet because I already checked and it's not my creditor and I pay my bills on time every month. I have no idea what the *** Experian is doing but for 24.99 a month membership they suck!!
