Somehow the phone calls have stopped on my landline. I don't know how you did it I will be in touch if it happens again but for now the phone calls have ceased.
I want to thank you very much for my concern. I don't appreciate being put on a pissed customer account, it's your employees invading my privacy it's your employees calling me yelling at me because I don't want your services. I did go all the way to talking to representative on your service until I found out you can't use the credit cards plus you're going to charge x amount of money for interest anyway.
I just was not interested in your services. Somebody needs to get hold of your marketing department and read the United States laws to those people that are sitting behind your customer service counter.
I was charged last month I do not need another bill ,also I need to speak to a person and I can’t get it

I have had several email communications with Boom Rent Pay.Experien customer service representatives no nothing about Experien Rent Bureau.That is not satisfactory and they are not helpful in referring you as a paying customer to someone who can assist.
I paid a company Boom pay rent reporting to report 24 months of on-time rent payments. They did so back in February.
I have called Experien and only one representative accurately told me that the on-time payments should have been reported to the "rent bureau." He should have told me that Experien has a "Rent Bureau."
I just found out about the "Rent Bureau" on-line yesterday.
I have contacted Boop Pay by mail, and will get on the app and chat with a representative today regarding my on-time payments not being reported properly.
My on-time rent reporting for 24 months have been reported on my credit report as if it is an "open account" that is current.
When I have called Experien, a Supervisor and two other representatives said nothing to me about Experien Rent Bureau.
Please read this carefully so as to understand what my issue is.
Thanks for any assistance that can be rendered.
I am a very frustrated customer of Experien and Boom Rent Pay right now.
It is the Customer service that I am rating so low. No one listens, and no one knows the answer to what should be a simple problem.
