my phone,address,email address, ss# all have been found on the dark web & my bank information has been comp compromised. I dont have a clue on what to do.would someone please offer me some ideas on what and how to deal with this? Thank you! Im yet another pissed off consumer!!

Not getting what I need. My phone changed. I need an email with my password details or to reset my password. I cannot get no one on phone and the automated system is running me in circles.

I can't log on to my account. I sent a letter asking for help because I wanted to change my security freeze. Experian ignored my request and sent me info about the security freeze while ignoring the fact that I can't log on to my account. Also their recording on the phone asking for you to enter info cuts out all the time. What a frustrating company who doesn't care about their customers!!!

Biggest load of rubbish ever. I have requested under the new data laws that any and all reference to me is removed from their system. Instead they ignore my emails and send me reports.

I am about to engage legal council and pursue the for breach of practice. Having required them to remove any and all data regarding myself. They ignore emails and continue to send me reports. They are in breach of at least 10 data laws that I am aware. I am sure my council will find more.

ACCORDING TO A WRITTEN MESSAGE ON EXPERIAN YOU DROPPED MY CREDIT SCORE 11 POINTS BECAUSE I SWITCHED PHONE CARRIERS. OF COURSE I CAN'T GET ANY ANSWERS, WHY YOU DID THIS.

THEN YOU SENT ME A "HOW DID WE DO" . I MADE IT OUT COMPLETELY AND ASKED MY QUESTIONS. STILL NO ANSWERS. I HAVE SPENT OVER AN HOUR TRYING TO SPEAK TO A LIVE HUMAN BEING ON ANY OF YOUR FOUR PHONE NUMBERS.

BUT AS IT IS PROGRAMED TO DO IT *** YOU OFF TO THE POINT YOU THROW YOUR PHONE INTO THE STREET!!! BUT IT DOESN'T LET YOU SPEAK TO A HUMAN BEING.

I EVEN TRIED USING YOUR CHAT WITH AN AGENT, BUT YOU HAVE *** UP SO MANY OF YOUR CUSTOMERS REPORTS. NO AGENTS HAVE BEEN AVAILABLE.

It took the Missouri attorney general's letter to get anyone from the company. Zero people answer the phone EVER!

They had changed their online access process and automation (both) with zero notification, where my previous ability to freeze and unfreeze my credit (which I had done successfully) was suddenly changed requiring a whole new account to be established! She even admitted that their phone support lines automatically and purposely hang up on you - never talk to a human!.

All other credit agencies are workable, able to be contacted, have services on-line that at least work most of the time, but Experian is HORRIBLE and should be closed down. Their database is completely melted into a mess and you can't login, even with PERFECT record keeping. No one will EVER answer the phone, there is no chat, there is no email. The phone number just has a recording that they "WILL NOT TALK TO YOU EVER" and then it hangs up on you! Seriously, someone put these people in jail!

Preferred solution: Someone to actually FIX their melted authentication data they have on me, so I can log in and freeze my credit, like I have done with the other agencies, so simply. Experian is a NIGHTMARE!

When I got a copy of my credit report the name was incorrect. Experian refused to acknowledge this at all and therefore did not fix it. I can't get a copy because it's the wrong name ..

Bank account STILL keeps disconnecting.

Hello, contacted y'all a few times about this problem, but it's still happening.

For over a year or so I had absolutely no issues with my bank account staying connected, but all of a sudden it just started disconnecting constantly, and upon trying to reconnect, it tells me my sign in info is wrong, when it is entered correctly, and I use the same exact sign in information when I have to disconnect and reconnect my bank account every time, (and use the same info to log into my actual bank account), so I know it's correct.

Have absolutely no idea what the problem is now, besides it looks like you now use a different service to log into bank accounts, (although I'm not sure there), but ever since a few months ago, my bank account no longer stays attached to my account. Even if I disconnect/reconnect it, it's only a day or two before it gives me problems again.

I use TD Bank, by the way.

Have been for a long time now.

So I'm not sure why this is still a problem, but I really don't need an Experian account if I can't attach my bank account to it without tremendous struggle. I struggled enough just to get the Experian account in the first place.

It gave me issues for 6 months not letting me verify myself.

Anyway, if we can't find a fix for this issue, might as well just delete my Experian account, because it's just too much constant effort trying to use it. Having a problem with the site and Android app also, constantly having me log in repeatedly without actually taking me to any page I try to go to.
