After more than 7 phone calls to Experian call centers I finally was given a real email address for the billing division that will hopefully refund my 7 Day Free Trial bogus charge for $21.95. I did not want any kind of ongoing account relationship or membership of any kind. The dubious language makes it extremely easy for them to put in you in a free trial using a bait and switch tactic offering up a $1 credit report in order to gather your credit card information to enroll people in an ongoing monthly service.

customerbilling@***.interactive.com

Reason of review: Unauthorized charges to my bank account.

Monetary Loss: $22.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Experian Cons: Being charge for a service i did not subscribe to, Sneaky deceptive practices.

Location: Los Angeles, California

I am taking them to court and reporting them these people suppose to be an ethical company. shame on this company and our government to allow this to go on.

land of the free is only the rich. Americans are victims. we trust these people.
