Avoid by all means. I had 2 accounts.

One for my wife and one for me. Automatically billed to credit card. Cancelled them by phone as instructed. Was told it was too late for current month.

No problem. I call a month later to confirm cancelled. No bill, or charge to my credit card. Cool.

I check the site and i no longer have access. I figure cool. Its done. Wrong!

A few months later (now) i get hit for all the back months. I call to see whats going on. Someone who barely speaks English just keeps asking *** questions. Not attempting to answer mine.

All she can say is sorry, too bad. We hope you will return when you have a need. What?! Ask for supervisor.

10 minutes on hold. Then she comes on claims she cant hear me and hangs up. Nice. Use them so i can research and repair my credit.

Now instead i will be late on a bill and my wife who just had hip replacement cant get her prescriptions for several days.

Neat company huh? Just another internet rip off who will charge your card until you cancel and replace your credit card.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Experian Pros: Good reports.

Experian Cons: Terrble customer service, Bait and switch marketing, Not accountable for their errors.

I needed to review my credit report so I could repair it. Experian offered 3 credit reports and FICO score for $1.00 for 7 days, as long as you cancel before then, I tried cancelling as soon as I got it and was unable to due to voluminous hours of being on hold.

After the 7 days they started charging my account $29.95, and 4 months later I still cannot cancel. After numerous times of trying to cancel my account with no avail.

I contacted an attorney and filed a class action suit. If anyone is interested in suing Experian or any company that is affiliated with Experian-for not allowing you to cancel your membership/and or trial membership, please reach out to me at ntadic0314@***.com.
